MUSIC TEACHERKinah Jorge
Teacher Kinah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music, under the tutelage of Asst. Prof. Naomi Paz Sison. As a student, she was a recipient of the Santo Domingo scholarship program and eventually the Klasikal Music Foundation.
She was a senior member of the Liturgikon Vocal Ensemble(Grand Prix Finalist and Folklore Category Winner, Orientale Concentus IX, Singapore 2016). Currently, a member of the Thomasian Chamber Choir (formerly UST Action Singers) which participated at international choral festivals such as the Idaho International Choral Festival(Idaho, USA) and Cantata Macau(Macau, China)
Ms. Kinah has performed in several concerts both as recitalist and as a chorister. She also participated in masterclasses conducted by world-renowned performers such as Italian Soprano, Elena Monti and Japanese Soprano, Miyako Shimizu. She’s also a Semi-finalist(Professional Category)at the 2018 Singapore Lyric Opera ASEAN Vocal Competition. She’s a former voice instructor at Aureus Academy, Singapore.
