What if I missed the trial lesson?
Your trial fee will be forfeited if you fail to inform us 24hrs prior.
Can I reschedule my trial lesson?
Yes, the trial lesson can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Send us a message via Facebook messenger https://www.facebook.com/emdantesmusic
Make sure you do the following before the lesson starts to maximize your time.
If you signed up for Voice lesson make sure you have the following:
- Two devices with speaker (Example: tablet, cellphone, laptop, desktop)
- Install zoom on your device
- Test the zoom link sent to you by coach Em. If you’re having technical difficulties installing zoom or logging in to zoom please contact us via email, Viber or WhatsApp and we’ll assist you.
- Test your microphone, speaker, and camera before the lesson
- Have your meal an hour before your lesson
If you signed up for Guitar or Piano
- Install zoom on your device
- Test the zoom link sent to you by coach Em. If you’re having technical difficulties installing zoom or logging in to zoom please contact us via email, Viber or WhatsApp and we’ll assist you
- Test your microphone, speaker and camera before the lesson
- Have your instrument ready
